Hi

Looking for a nice classy girls name.

Popularity doesn’t bother me, but just looking for something classy and elegant.

I like Arabella and Charlotte.

My husband likes Emily and Sarah.

Any suggestions? And your thoughts about my current list?

Thanks everyone

I can't believe a poster up thread mentioned 'candida' Hmm I vote Sarah. All this 'octavia / serephina' shit isn't 'classy' it's middle class snobbery. Sarah is beautiful and due a comeback. Classic and timeless. Arabella is going to be of its time

What do you mean by ‘classy’? Do you mean ‘sophisticated, stylish etc’ or do you mean ‘middle-class or above’?

Thanks for all the suggestions.

Surprised by a lot of people like sarah, I found it very dull when my husband suggested! Perhaps because it was very popular when I was younger. Emily felt more current.

By classy I was looking for something not trendy, but also something that ages well, and you could imagine a classy elegant woman having as a name...

Thanks everyone

Charlotte after shortened to Lotte often
Arabella to Ella/Bella
Nick names do bear heavily on the decision
