I prefer Lynn. And please ignore these rude people who think you ought to choose something else because they - total strangers - don’t like the name.

DivGirl · 09/04/2020 19:02

My phone wants to autocorrect your second spelling to lunch. And I actually prefer the name Lunch.

WrongKindOfFace · 09/04/2020 19:15

I’m going to assume that Lynh is a typo.

Definitely Lynn or Lyn. Although I’m not sure it’s due for a revival just yet.

CollaborativeBee · 09/04/2020 19:17

I think Lynne is lovely.

It's simple but pretty.

It's not dated like Sharon or Tracy. I considered Lynne as a second name for my daughter.

chipsandgin · 09/04/2020 19:17

Assuming Lynh isn’t a typo I would read that as being pronounced’Lin huh’ - which even is intentional is a bit odd!?

OhTheRoses · 09/04/2020 19:18

I disagree PawPatrol Lynn is at least 60.

Ihopeyourcakeisshit · 09/04/2020 19:21

Oh for God's sake
Lynn.

JorisBonson · 09/04/2020 19:24

Immediately makes me think of Alan Partridge

PaulinePetrovaPosey · 09/04/2020 19:25

I like Lynn, due a revival. Sweet but smart.

Cissyandflora · 09/04/2020 19:31

Lynh looks like cough

Cissyandflora · 09/04/2020 19:33

Lynh wears a cardiganh

JohnnyMcGrathSaysFuckOff · 09/04/2020 19:40

Lynx, with a silent X

NewName54321 · 09/04/2020 19:58

Lynne - possibly, depending on the surname.

Or Carolyn, Madeline, Lynda, Gwendolyn

Stormblessed · 09/04/2020 20:27

Definitely Lynn

Oakeyy · 09/04/2020 20:30

100% Lynn.

FeedMeSantiago · 09/04/2020 20:45

Lyn, Lynn or Lynne. Lynh autocorrects to Lynch...

Lynette, or Evelyn, as suggested above are much nicer. I don't think Lynn itself is ready for a comeback yet.

zen1 · 09/04/2020 20:49

Lyhn? Wink

TheWordmeister · 09/04/2020 20:52

Lynh wears a cardiganh

Grin

Why on earth would you even consider Lynn? It's the dowdiest name ever.

And Lynh is just idiotic.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 09/04/2020 20:54

Lyn or Lynne. WTF is Lynh? You may as well spell it LiiiiinnN for all the sense it makes 🙄

BroomstickOfLove · 09/04/2020 21:08

Lynh if you or your family are Hmong or if it is particularly meaningful to you in some way. Lynn if you just like the name, plan to raise your child in the UK and want a name that people don't spell wrong all the time (although people will probably go for Lynne some of the time). And if you aren't from the UK, you should probably be aware that Lynn is a pretty unfashionable name at the moment.

AngelaScandal · 09/04/2020 21:21

@broomstick

Never heard of the Hmong. Every day’s a homeschool day

CodenameVillanelle · 09/04/2020 21:34

What the fuck is Lynh??

123Dancewithme · 09/04/2020 22:24

Lynh? I’ve never seen it spelled like that before!

Lynn is boring and dated.
