Really sorry for posting so many threads but this naming malarkey is hard work & I love the brutal honesty I can get here ! Grin

Please let me know what you think of these for a boy. We’d also like a name that doesn’t scream a particular class (any) - are we achieving that?

Rowan
Arthur
Robin
Peter

Peter is really nice. Very unusual these days!
Arthur is a great solid choice (good nicknames) and I’ve always liked robin another great choice!
Rowan is my daughter’s name and all the Rowans ive known have been girls but obviously it’s unisex in the Uk but that varies. It’s a girls name in Scotland. It’s a good name but to be honest if I’d realised that Roman (with an M) was going to be fastest rising boys name last year (2 Roman’s at the small local nursery) I probably wouldn’t have chosen it as it does get confusing. Well meaning family call her Row even though I’ve asked them not to do I can see it will be inevitable at school. You might like the nickname though x

That thread's from september, baby might already be born and named by now...

On the off chance that he isn't, I'll only say that I don't love Robin but quite like Tobin.

Also don't see what's wrong with Arthur, it's my son's middle name. I'm not british though.
