Pixie Spirit
Fable Moon
Fawn Clover

This is hypothetical, kind of...!!
I'm not asking for myself btw. Truly!

I wouldn’t really care, but I’m a bit of a hippy

xTinkerhellx · 26/07/2019 13:45

I'd think their parents had watched too many Tinkerbell films.

Or that they really wanted their baby humans to actually be baby cows.

OhioOhioOhio · 26/07/2019 13:46

I'd think Jamie O had had more children.

FreddiesMammy · 26/07/2019 13:46

I’d think they were a bit hippy but I’d actually quite like it

Naldorian · 26/07/2019 13:46

I actually think the following can work as names on their own (maybe not joined together as it's a bit much) - Meadow, Fable (Fay as a NN?), Raven, Clover.

JohnLapsleyParlabane · 26/07/2019 13:47

The first two are fine, but I'd think they were trying too hard with the Fable and Fawn

CrackOn · 26/07/2019 13:48

I'd think Meadow got the best deal out of the lot.

averythinline · 26/07/2019 13:48

their parents were try hard wannabe hippies???? / they live in a commune / they will all be changing their names as soon as they can...

although you dont often hear middle names so probably wouldnt bat an eyelid.... although there are lots of nicer nature/hippie names about why pick those field/imaginary creature/story or boring beige colour..

the middle names are a bit more interesting

Nesssie · 26/07/2019 13:49

Some of the first names without the middle names I couldn't probably live with. The combination of all the names is too much.

Fable , Fawn and Moon are ridiculous though.

EdithWeston · 26/07/2019 13:49

That they were the offspring of old hippies (literally or metaphorically)

And that this thread shows, no matter how many people protest that it's wrong to make assumptions about names, we all do it

RubbingHimSourly · 26/07/2019 13:49

Oh dear. 😂😂😂

Nesssie · 26/07/2019 13:49

*could probably live with

Pipandmum · 26/07/2019 13:50

Yuck.

Do you have any suggestions for other hippie type names?

Bookworm4 · 26/07/2019 13:51

Try hards 🙄 aren’t we quirky 🙄

NewIDNewme · 26/07/2019 13:55

Why is everyone mocking Fawn? it's a real name. Unlike fable.

ElPontifico · 26/07/2019 13:57

Pixie is way too cutesy, but otherwise I would think it was fine.

NewIDNewme · 26/07/2019 13:58

and Moon is a boys' name.

Kittekats · 26/07/2019 13:59

Pretty hideous, I would internally groan and have a chuckle to myself tbh.

IntoValhalla · 26/07/2019 13:59

I actually like all 4 names Blush

crawls back under my hippie rock to hide from the inevitable flaming

M0RVEN · 26/07/2019 14:01

I’d feel a bit sorry for them. Although they will probably change their names anyway. After 16 years of

My name is Fawn

Ok Dawn

No Fawn, with an F

Ok Fon

No Fawn, F A W N

You mean like Bambi?

And as for Fable. I can see the Mn thread now

“ My four year old insists her best friend at nursery is called Table “

Lazydaisies · 26/07/2019 14:03

I would think Bob Geldof was their Dad. Lovely man Bob and all, but man he has strange taste in baby names.

ANiceLuxury · 26/07/2019 14:03

I would think its about time there was a law were the registrar could refuse to register silly names

Frith2013 · 26/07/2019 14:37

I’m not a fan of Fable. Sounds like someone has a lisp.

Frith2013 · 26/07/2019 14:37

Surely Fawn is just beige?

Did they mean Faun?
