Fawn Clover

This is hypothetical, kind of...!!
I'm not asking for myself btw. Truly!

Fawn is the correct spelling for the baby deer and the colour I think?

Faun is a mythical half man half goat thing.

RockinHippy · 26/07/2019 15:02

I'd think they were very hippy & try to hard.

I'd like the hippy but, but the try too hard would have me rolling my eyes

Springmeadowe · 26/07/2019 15:05

My name is meadow, I approve Grin

ShmooBooMoo · 26/07/2019 15:09

I think it all depends on the surname... Fine if it's Unicorn-Fart Grin

Stravapalava · 26/07/2019 15:14

I'd think hippies. They're not objectionable names.

pelirocco123 · 26/07/2019 15:16

Naming child because they are a fashion accessory springs to mind

museumsandgalleries666 · 26/07/2019 15:19

Are you naming children or cattle?

LauraMipsum · 26/07/2019 15:22

Meadow, Pixie, Fawn and Clover are fine. Raven I'm not so keen on, "pixie spirit" together is a bit Hmm given that pixies are meant to be little gits, and Fable Moon is terrible.

I've heard worse though.

Cathyheathcliff · 26/07/2019 15:23

I'd also think best case their parents are hippys worse case scenario they were born in a cult lol

twattymctwatterson · 26/07/2019 15:24

I'd think the parent were trying really hard to cultivate a certain image

IdentifyasTired · 26/07/2019 15:25

Yeah. I kinda gussed the rea tion woyld be thus. For clarification these are not my children's names. I am far too boring and conservative. But I did think they were rather fabulous names I'll admit. I love a bit of hippie woo!

I think you'd be setting them up for a life of ridicule

girlinabluedressagain · 26/07/2019 15:27

I LOVE Meadow Raven!

msmith501 · 26/07/2019 15:33

Maybe give them less unusual middle names?

Lamentations · 26/07/2019 15:34

I'd think the parents had complete disregard for how their daughters will feel about their names as teenagers and adults.

As an adult woman wanting to be taken seriously at work and in life I'd be gutted to have any of those names.

userabcname · 26/07/2019 15:38

I'd feel a bit sorry for Fable - that's a horrible name!

BackforGood · 26/07/2019 15:40

I'd feel sorry for them, tbh.

RightOnTheEdge · 26/07/2019 15:43

I quite like them especially Meadow and Raven.
I like names like River, Autumn, Storm etc.
I don't think I'd be brave enough to use them in real life though. Well maybe Autumn.
My dd has got a cutsy flower name though

joystir59 · 26/07/2019 15:44

They wouldn't suit 99.9% of the women I know

Clettercletterthatsbetter · 26/07/2019 18:40

I’d think they’d probably grow up to resent their parents’ name choices.

Meadow Raven is just about ok. Pixie Spirit is, IMO, ridiculous. The other two are a bit try-hard.

TheJoxter · 26/07/2019 18:45

Very normal names where I’m from! 😂

GrapefruitIsGross · 26/07/2019 18:45

“I’m dead quirky me! I also have multiple pairs of Irregular Choice shoes.”

Sorry.

Prisonbreak · 26/07/2019 19:05

I think .... vegan

pinkyredrose · 26/07/2019 19:08

The parents were stoned or they live in Brighton. Or both.

RushianDisney · 26/07/2019 19:17

I would count myself as a bit of a hippy, but even I would avoid names like that, they just sound like they really want everyone to know how much of a free spirit they are as a parent. I wonder if OP has met some people I know and that has prompted this post, they have DC with a few of the names on that list.
