I really like it. I love nature names and I like the look and taste of the plant sorrel, so it's a positive association for me. It hasn't got a bitter flavour, more sharp, tart.

The only thing that might put me off is that it apparently comes from the French word for sour: www.bbc.com/food/sorrel:

It makes me think of a horse, I had a children's book with a 'sorrel mare' in it when I was little.
