Hands down Ophelia.
Simply put, one of the most gorgeous names I have ever heard for a girl/woman.

Not to mention, some of the most beautiful pieces of artwork, in both painting and sculpture are homages to Shakespeares tortured heroine.

It's such a beautiful name, that for a split second, it makes me want to procreate! Blush

Constance

RedDwarves · 08/01/2019 08:55

moredoll · 08/01/2019 08:58

Constance.

WhatToDoAboutWailmerGoneRogue · 08/01/2019 08:59

I think Ophelia are Constance are ugly, frumpy names, but I like the other two. I’d say Jemima.

Disfordarkchocolate · 08/01/2019 09:01

Constance is my favourite of the ones on your list.

Phebes · 08/01/2019 09:28

Jemima

Astronica · 08/01/2019 09:36

Jemima! Fantastic name and easy winner for me. 2nd choice is Persephone - fun, characterful and lots of great nns. I'm not keen on the others.

Santababyclaus · 08/01/2019 09:37

Jemima

tammytoby · 08/01/2019 09:52

Ophelia!

Laurasimone · 08/01/2019 10:09

Opehlia

MumUnderTheMoon · 08/01/2019 10:11

I love them all except Ophelia which sounds a little like "oh feelin' ya" to me but might be accent related. Persephone was on my list nn Perry my granny was jemima but nn Mina and I love Constance as it sounds like it belongs to a strong stable kick ass girl.

Itchywitchyhead · 08/01/2019 10:14

Moon I love the name Mina but DH thinks it’s a bit “blah”.
How about Ramona?

None of them unless held at gun point to be honest. But if forced to choose then Constance, but always called Connie.

MumUnderTheMoon · 08/01/2019 10:23

I really like Ramona it means "protecting hands" though I suppose it sounds a bit like remoner which is unfortunate. What about Romola? Your name list sounds a bit like mine, I also like Tommi, Francesca, Meredith, Athena and Henrietta nn Etta.

Bernadetteloves · 08/01/2019 10:26

I would not pick Persephone. The others are all nice. I prefer Jemima and Constance.

ChoccyBiccyTastic · 08/01/2019 11:05

Jemima!

daisypond · 08/01/2019 12:46

Constance of Jemima. Ophelia is terrible - call your daughter after a minor character famous for drowning herself? Persephone is a bit much.

VelvetKitty · 08/01/2019 12:59

Ophelia

TatianaLarina · 08/01/2019 13:05

Constance.

Not keen on Ramona for the moany element. But like Romane or Romana.

FlagFish · 08/01/2019 13:05

Constance or Jemima

Livingthedream44 · 08/01/2019 13:39

I love Ophelia.
I also like Connie.
