Love them all but would probably choose Ophelia!

tammytoby · 09/01/2019 18:13

And I'm not posh, just love the names Smile

Picknickers · 09/01/2019 23:15

Constance. Gorgeous.

Tallie12 · 12/01/2019 22:06

There's a drag artist called Ophelia Balls and unfortunately that's all I can think of!
I like Constance!

Mummamia14 · 12/01/2019 23:32

Jemima! That's probably what our baby will be if it's a girl

Frillyfarmer · 13/01/2019 07:55

My best friend is an Ophelia and from secondary school through to uni she had "Ophelia-tits" which would put me off ever using it as a name.

Yulebealrite · 13/01/2019 07:56

I don't like any of them but I quite like Percy.

Lolois · 13/01/2019 08:26

Ramona is lovely and Jemima is nice. Don’t really like any of the other ones

HayleyHaystack · 13/01/2019 08:47

Jemima - I’m bias because that’s the name we’re going for if we have a girl. Not ashamed to say it’s because I loved Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and I was always jealous of her name!

Racecardriver · 13/01/2019 08:49

Ophelia and Persophone both have bad associations. But Constance (you could call her Connie) is lovely. So is Gemima (but I associate this with the doll from play school and granny pigs chickens). Constance would have to be my favourite.

RuthW · 13/01/2019 10:50

Love all of them but if I had to pick it would be Jemima.

CruCru · 13/01/2019 16:35

Persephone.

Constance would get shorted to Connie. Ophelia is lovely but is also Oh Feel Ya. Jemima is okay.

LoopyLoonyLuna · 13/01/2019 18:27

I love Jemima. I wanted to call dd Jemima but dh didn’t like it.

I have taught two Jemimas over the years, one didn’t shorten it, the other was known as Mima (as in mime-a not me-ma) which was quite cute. Could also use Jem or mi-mi as nicknames.

Really don’t like Ophelia or Persephone. Constance with nn Connie is very cute though.

AdelaideK · 13/01/2019 18:29

I'm not a great fan of any really but Jemima is the nicest.

Persephone is the worst imo.

Rodenhide · 13/01/2019 18:29

Either Ophelia or Jemima.
To be safe, I'd say Jemima as I think very few people can carry off the name Ophelia.

DramaAlpaca · 13/01/2019 18:31

Constance, definitely.

Doris19 · 13/01/2019 20:39

All these are on my list! First choice would be Constance nn Connie but a good friend has just used that so second is currently Persephone, love the nn Percy.
