One! Love the name... eve-lyn or Eva-Lyn pronunciation though?

1, my mil. (Mid 70's)
It can be shortened to Lyn too.

I counted. 16!!! Wiltshire- Hampshire

The five I know all pronounce it Ev a lin

Me - 40 & one child.

I get Ev-elyn & E-velyn (which I don't like - reminds me of She Ra's Evil Lyn)

Also Eve & Eva!

1 adult who gets her full name but I only know her professionaly. 1 baby who I call Evie which is un heard of for me as I hate nick names shortening names. But it suits her

I know three. Two are 2 and one is 1 :)

All go by Evelyn pronounced ever-lyn. I don't know if that will change once they start school though

Quite a few, popular name here in Ireland. Went to school with a few (all in their 30s now). Pn Ev-elyn. I've never ever heard the name been shortened to anything even in the school yard.

Quite a few here (Cheshire). Mostly pre-school age although there are also lots of Evie's in my DC primary school. I love the name but it's very popular at the moment - when combined with the number of Evies it's by far the number 1 common name at the no here.

3 - one older adult never shortened. The other two are under 6 and both ‘Evie’ at the moment. I love the name. I love it most unshortened.

About three, two aged 2 and one aged about 5.

I know one baby called Evelyn

3 adults: one Eva (EH-vah), one Evy (EH-vee), and one whose name must not be shortened.

1 child: Evelyn or Evvie (but she's not yet school age so not sure what they will ask for her to be called at school).

None, but many Evies and Evas

I don't know any. I love the name but the different ways of saying it put me off.
