Quite a few Neil’s & Duncan’s when I was at school

Plus Angela’s & Debbie’s, I don’t meet any babies called that now at toddler group !!

I'm mid 30s.
There were multiples of Laura, Lauren, Leanne, Kirsty, Jill and Gillian.
Same with Donald, Graeme, Mark, Wayne, Christopher and Steven.

Lots of boys named John, Robert and David.
And most girls had the middle name of Ann or Elizabeth.

Michael and Andrew were the most popular boys

You never hear of baby Andrews now.

Chris & Mark were the most popular boys names, closely followed by Matt and James, but we also had an Elvis and a Norman to provide some variety.
