I know siblings where one is called after a large US city and the sibling is called after the state the city is in.

So like older sister is Chicago, younger brother is Illinois. Not those names but just as bonkers. So that when you hear "she's called Chicago" you actually say, oh, is her brother Illinois? Er yes actually.

Dublin I am not keen on OP, sorry.

I would think it was more of a masculine name.
I disagree with many of the previous posters and I think it would make a lovely name.

Hi I'm Irish and I kinda like it I feel it's more a boys name myself. How about Malachi for a boy? Don't listen to these ignorant people u call ur baby what u feel and have a connection to. I feel it's good to have a unique name within reason I struggle with apple or bear lol my daughters are called yves, imogen and tegan and haven't met to many children called these names but their schools are full of Isabellas and jacks lol

I love Malachi. In my head I say malarkey though.
