Dh loves Heidi I'm not 100% on it but have no other names in mind. It was supposed to be dd2s name but we changed mind at last minute .

What is your honest opinion on Heidi ? Be brutally honest please baby is due in 2 and a half weeks so need a name asap.

I think it's lovely. Very pretty but strong. What are you not sure about? Does it go with DD1s name?

woollyandtig · 04/04/2016 21:00

Other 2dds are Lila and Emme I do like it but majority of people I have told have hated it Confused in my drs words you can't call her that it's horrible Blush it's not that bad is it ?

It's nice...makes a refreshing change.

DulcetMoans · 04/04/2016 21:01

I like it, would have used it but it got the veto!

Luckystar1 · 04/04/2016 21:02

I really don't like it. I'm sorry. I don't actually know why per se, but Kerry Katona naming one of her herd Heidi, certainly doesn't help.

I love it. I know a very chic grown up German Heidi and it works well for an adult too.

TwoLittleBlooms · 04/04/2016 21:11

I really like Heidi, very pretty name

BendydickCuminsnatch · 04/04/2016 21:22

Love it!!!

BayLeaves · 04/04/2016 21:25

I love it but my DH is Swiss would be a bit stereotypical!

mrsschu · 04/04/2016 21:25

I like it. Not too popular but not too unusual either.

Sophronia · 04/04/2016 21:46

I like it

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 04/04/2016 22:59

Lovely pretty and elegant, and surprisingly under used. I'd say definitely go for it.

DramaAlpaca · 04/04/2016 23:02

Brutally honest you say?

OK, I hate it. It sounds like a milkmaid to me.

But if you like it, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

Jojay · 04/04/2016 23:05

I love it - I wish we'd used it for DD

JustABigBearAlan · 04/04/2016 23:34

I love it

Nospringflower · 04/04/2016 23:36

Like it a lot

Itinerary · 04/04/2016 23:45

I don't like it, sorry.

DryShampoo · 04/04/2016 23:48

I know a lovely Swiss Heidi and she loathes her name - all the stereotyped associations with frolicking goat herding peasant girls rollicking around the Alps in their plaits etc.

SuburbanRhonda · 04/04/2016 23:51

My own DD wants that for the daughter she may have in ten years! I love it.

louise2011 · 05/04/2016 00:02

Honestly, I really dislike it & would say it's the total opposite of classy.

ThornyBird · 05/04/2016 00:04

The only Heidi I have met is one of the kindest, most generous women I have ever met! Smile

iyamehooru · 05/04/2016 00:06

Love it. Unusual and can't really be shortened.

Ludways · 05/04/2016 00:06

I like it. I know 2, both in their 40's.
