Scandinavian girls' names

Anyone know lots of them? A friend's partner is named Marit, and I've just realised how much I love it. It seems that the Scandis have lovely names that are feminine, without being soft.

I know a Scandinavian woman called Emelie, which I think is from a different root name to Emily, it's not merely an alternative spelling.

My mam was a nanny for a while in Norway and we still see the family a lot . They are Kjersti , Solveig , Ranveig , Torvil , Sigmund and Finn.

I'm sure Quint is Norwegian on here . Bet she can give loads of suggestions.
