I agree with the other posters - the Aurelia I met pronounced it "Or reel ee a".

My daughter is Aurelia we pronounce it like you, like the Latin for golden.
In Italy and Portugal where it's a popular name that is how they pronounce it.

It IS pronounced that. How you get your pronunciation with that spelling is beyond me.
