Sister for Grace and Rupert

Hello

Have name changed for this.

My and DH can't think of a girls name we like, it feels impossible. The closest we have got is Phoebe but we aren't sure it's the one and DH hates the character in Friends which isn't helping.

We were absolutely certain on a Grace and no other name was discussed.

Boys names we liked were Oliver and Finn but we went with Rupert.

We prefer short names and like quite classical names. Our surname is one syllable and starts with the letter T.

I'm not keen on Olivia, Sophia, Emily, Daisy, Isla which have all been suggested (nothing wrong with them, just not for me). We just can't think of any name we like. I don't dislike Skye but DH says too hippy. He likes Holly but I'm really not keen, too seasonal and a friends DD is called Holly.

Please help!

Safe is okay for us, I don't think we are adventurous names types!

I like Florence, although it's a bit long. DH doesn't like.

Alice is lovely but I know a few of them so it wouldn't be one we can use.

Agree with Everlong about Chloe.

Grace and Rupert are lovely. You can do better for their sibling OP!

Clargo55 · 28/11/2013 22:02

I agree with Everlong in regards to Chloe. A really 90's name to me.

evilgiraffe · 28/11/2013 22:06

Your surname is one syllable beginning with T? If it's Tam, you have to call her River Grin

clippityclop · 28/11/2013 22:08

Anna, Emily, Alicia?

Eilidh (pronounced Aylee) or Ailie, celtic version of Ellie. I think Chloe is a nice name Blush
