It seems like only last week I was here trying to name DC4, and you all had some amazing suggestions!

I am 33 weeks with DC5.

We have a DS and three DDs.

If a boy DC will probably be Ivan Stanley or George Stanley.

This baby was extremely unplanned - youngest is not quite 12 months, and we seem to have run out of girls names.

Possibilities include
Mabel (on shortlist when DD3 was born last year)
Imogen
Grace

All ideas welcome. DH and I must be the most indecisive people on the planet, and need all the help we can get! Grin

I like Imogen and Grace. Do you need middle names too?

Catsu · 03/09/2012 13:20

What are your girls called? Will give us a feel for your taste :)

emsyj · 03/09/2012 13:21

We were going to call DD Imogen right up to the last minute, but ended up calling her Ruth.

We also liked:

Serafina
Cressida
Katrina
Lucy
Elizabeth

Papyrus · 03/09/2012 13:22

Thinking possibly Agnes for a middle name.

Grace lovely but too common imho. I like Violet, Lillian, Phoebe and Iris.

Papyrus · 03/09/2012 13:22

DDs are Eliza, Annie and Clara.

I lke Imogen, Grace is too common.

buttercrumble · 03/09/2012 13:28

I love Violet.....

Woodlands · 03/09/2012 13:29

How about Betty? Or Ida? I know a toddler Agatha, known as Aggie for short.

Papyrus · 03/09/2012 13:29

I love Violet too - Its DD2's middle name Grin

Lancelottie · 03/09/2012 13:31

Not Betty with Eliza, though.

Frances? Phoebe?

Papyrus · 03/09/2012 13:31

Can't have Betty, as DD1's proper name is Elizabeth. Do like Ida, can't see DH going for it though or Agatha.

Papyrus · 03/09/2012 13:33

Oooh I like Frances.

Thanks for all the suggestions!

Shakespeare is always a good source:

Rosalind
Imogen
Beatrice
Eleanor
Isabel

UmmOfUmbridge · 03/09/2012 13:41

Oh and we were very undecided about dd4s name. DH hated anything remotely different. We have a Daisy which is quite popular apparently but I haven't met many others :)
Good luck!

mateysmum · 03/09/2012 13:41

With your existing DD's all having lovely traditional names, how about

Sarah
Jane
Diana
Ellen/Eleanor
Julia
Catherine

All good traditional names, but not much used now. Time for a comeback.

or

Chloe
and if you like Frances, there's also Francesca.

PPT · 03/09/2012 13:43

Papyrus · 03/09/2012 13:44

You give me hope UmmOfUmbridge! I am slightly terrified of the prospect of five DC Grin

Love Georgina and Rose/Rosa/Rosalind/Rosamund etc.

I heavily petitioned for Vera to be added to the shortlist for DD3, but DH refused to consider it.
