It seems like only last week I was here trying to name DC4, and you all had some amazing suggestions!

I am 33 weeks with DC5.

We have a DS and three DDs.

If a boy DC will probably be Ivan Stanley or George Stanley.

This baby was extremely unplanned - youngest is not quite 12 months, and we seem to have run out of girls names.

Possibilities include
Mabel (on shortlist when DD3 was born last year)
Imogen
Grace

All ideas welcome. DH and I must be the most indecisive people on the planet, and need all the help we can get! Grin

I love the names of your daughters.
I quite like Mabel, Grace maybe a bit too popular but why not if you like it, and not sure about Imogen. Not as pretty sounding as your other daughters' names.

To compliment their names, how about
Florence (I know it's popular but so pretty with your other DDs names)
Rose
Beatrice
Lucia
Harriet
Polly

Gosh, it's like everyone is trying to 'out-granny' each other. Dora? Vera? Ida? Jean? Mabel?!? Goodness me. I like old fashioned names, but some are just, well, old

I actually really like the names of your other DC's though op.

How about:

Phoebe

Defo go for George Stanley if it's a boy.

Vintage girls names: Constance, Penelope? These are my DDs. We also liked:

Marianne
Valentina
Claudia (love!)

CheerfulYank · 04/09/2012 04:32

On second thought, don't know if you can have Frances 'cause then you'll have Frannie and Annie. :o

I really like Isadora, you could have Isa, Ida, Dora, or even Sadie as a nn.

emmyloo2 · 04/09/2012 04:37

Mabel is lovely. Your girl's names are lovely.

Other people have given lovely suggestions.
My favourites are Cora, Verity, Diana, Camilla, Ivy

emmyloo2 · 04/09/2012 04:41

and OP - what is your Ds's name?

I love George Stanley for a boy but I am biased because I have my own little George.

Papyrus · 04/09/2012 19:23

Thanks for all the suggestions. Some truly fantastic names on here. Have sent the thread to DH to peruse and veto all my favourites.

DS is Henry Grin.
