Juliet is lovely but only use if you can bare it being shortened to Jules.

Charlotte also lovely.

Lola not so much

ByTheSea · 30/06/2012 22:22

Juliet

jenbird · 30/06/2012 23:10

Juliet

Badgerina · 30/06/2012 23:16

Charlotte.

Juliet is too close to Julie, and Lola is really overused.

Myturnthanks · 30/06/2012 23:18

Juliet and cHarlotte are both lovely.

CouthyMow · 30/06/2012 23:20

Charlotte with Lottie as a nn.

angeltattoo · 30/06/2012 23:29

Juliet.

Charlotte pretty but too common.

not Lola!

angeltattoo · 30/06/2012 23:30

Should say Juliet is favourite.

And congratulations!

babyblabber · 01/07/2012 00:50

I like Lola, short & pretty.

Juliet is a gorgeous name but will defo be jukes at some stage. Charlotte is nice too but again, will be shortened.

ellesabe · 03/07/2012 18:42

Lola

Lannie33 · 03/07/2012 20:02

Juliet and Charlotte both fab. I love the name Lola but could never name a sweet innocent baby that name due to mega stripper connotation. Sorry, not sure why?? Oh, the song i guess. :)

PercyFilth · 03/07/2012 20:05

Juliet. (But I prefer Julia)

CPtart · 03/07/2012 20:38

Juliet by a mile.

mumnosbest · 03/07/2012 21:18

Juliet.
Lola is lovely but has not so nice contations :(

ceeveebee · 03/07/2012 23:01

Juliet

emmyloo2 · 04/07/2012 05:23

Juliet or Charlotte - both lovely.

Lola is awful - trendy and overused

Thumbwitch · 04/07/2012 05:28

Juliet

AThingInYourLife · 04/07/2012 05:33

Juliet

AnnaNimitty · 06/07/2012 11:30

Did you know that Lola is a nickname for Dolores? How about calling her
Dolores?

AKMD · 06/07/2012 11:37

Juliet for me.

Surely though, if you like all three and your DH has a strong preference for one of them, you should use that one?

AKMD · 06/07/2012 11:37

Anna Dolores? Dolores Umbridge is the nasty nasty mummy snatcher in Harry Potter.

SoozyWoozy · 06/07/2012 11:41

Charlotte - I have one and still love the name. Not common around here at all, there are only 2 Charlotte's in our school and the other one gets called Charlie, so makes mine seem like the only one.

I like Lola, although can't help singing 'She was a show girl' :) Also like Lila.

Juliet - not for me at all. Not sure why, seems too out dated?

AnnaNimitty · 06/07/2012 11:46

Re: Dolores Umbridge: I am fortuanate enough to have never read any
Harry Potter nor seen the films!

AKMD · 06/07/2012 11:52

Shock I love the Harry Potter books. I'm a grown-up and everything.

BikeRunSki · 06/07/2012 11:56

Juliet, which can also abbreviate to Lottie.

Lola does not sound like a real name to me. Is a stage name for stripers, nn for Charlotte or animal name.
