Absolutely not Lola. dreadful. Juliet and Charlotte are both nice. Possibly prefer Juliet.

mummybare · 30/06/2012 18:35

LOVE Juliet. The others are nice enough.

youonlysingwhenyourewinning · 30/06/2012 18:42

Juliet is gorgeous!
Charlotte is lovely.
I don't like Lola at all.

fivegomadindorset · 30/06/2012 18:44

Juliet.

HexGirl · 30/06/2012 18:45

Another vote for Juliet here. Charlotte pretty too and actually think that Lottie is pretty as a nn too.

BardOfBarking · 30/06/2012 18:49

Juliet

Not another charlotte.

GnocchiNineDoors · 30/06/2012 18:49

Juliet. Love the nn Jools.

TidyDancer · 30/06/2012 18:51

They're all nice.

Lola is a bit overused now, and you do have the worry of The Kinks (and less so Barry Manilow) being brought up with it.

Charlotte and Juliet are both pretty. I prefer Charlotte, but both are good names.

exoticfruits · 30/06/2012 19:05

Juliet first then Charlotte- but not Lola.

Nonio · 30/06/2012 19:19

Lottie gets my vote

Lottie informal name Charlotte formal name

mayanna123 · 30/06/2012 20:10

Juliet is the classiest.

Charlotte is nice but really not keen on Lottie.

Lola is awful, sorry.

WithACherryOnTop · 30/06/2012 20:15

Juliet then Charlotte. Lola isn't at all nice.

emdelafield · 30/06/2012 20:22

I like Juliet and I think it is unusual but classic if you see what I mean.
I was at uni with a Juliet back in nineteen canteen.

I think there are a lot of Charlottes out there although it is a nice name but your DD may end up being Charlotte surname in primary if she is one of several.

Finally although I like Lola it sounds a bit like a nickname.

They are all nice (I am mother of boys)so go with your instincts.

LeoTheLateBloomer · 30/06/2012 20:25

Anything BUT Lola. Your DH is wrong.

feelinghappynow · 30/06/2012 20:25

Juliet

clinkclink · 30/06/2012 20:25

Juliet is a beautiful name.

Charlotte is lovely but popular.

I don't like Lola.

feelinghappynow · 30/06/2012 20:26

Although depends on surname and ant siblings for me....but I think way too much about names!!

Charlotte.

blondie72 · 30/06/2012 20:37

Just be aware Juliet may be shortened to Jules when she is older.

comelywench · 30/06/2012 20:40

Juilet

WestWinger · 30/06/2012 20:40

Juliet

RuthlessBaggage · 30/06/2012 20:48

Juliet times a million. Charlotte is nice too.

Lola isn't a name. It's a nickname.

VolAuVent · 30/06/2012 22:19
  1. Juliet
  2. Charlotte
  3. Lola
