I know several Jaydons and Kaydons as well as their Jaidin, Jayden, Kaydin, Kaiden counterparts, of both sexes, lots of male Braydens, a few Haydens, two Zaydens, (though one is a Xhadyn), and, God help me, a Tadon. Ugh.
It is something to do with the surname trend, which started in America because the uber-WASPs (our version of royalty don'tcha know :) ) were naming their children things like Abbott and Prescott, etc, to sort of cement their lineage to "influential" families. It trickled down, as these things will, resulting in a barrage of Parkers, Madisons, Carters, etc. (I surprisingly only know two Kennedys, and one is a (BOAK) Kinnidi.)
