What about something quite dated like Margaret or Rosemary. Loads of great nick names too. Romy or Maggie both very unusual.

Marianne and Juliet are both beautiful and won't ever race up the charts and become number one overnight...

Romy is on my baby name list. It's so beautiful and it's one of those names that you don't hear every day. I also think it suits an adult as much as it does a child.

If you want a unique name you're going to have to make one up (or use a word nobody would ever have used as a name before a la ArseHol)

Or more unusual ones:

Or just plain silly/invented ones:
