ooo i am struggling!
my papers don't match my pics now that they are printed out. aaaggghhh.

plus if you are adding photos to your LOs what size ought there to be? i've printed them out as 9 on a A4 page but that is too big. will passport size be too small?

whose idea was this CJ malarky????????/

lol, i use all diff sizes, wallet size is good. passport size will be too small for one on a page but if yo use a few it's cool. it also depends what else you're putting on the page. have a play - print some pics on draft black and white and place them around.

Ive finished making my CJ, sign in pages, tags and intro...just the LO to do now and of course the endless tweaking!!!
Can anyone tell me when we are supposed be posting out???
Ive got loads of work on ATM and dont wanna miss the posting date so might just send it tomorrow...is that OK Hausfrau??

We arent posting piccies of the layouts we do in each others journals are we? IMO it would take the surprise element out of the project. Its not the norm to post piccies of your entries so the members of the circle have something to look forward to when they get their journals back....what does everyone else think????

Have had kiddies at home with me again, that's been a month I have had Amelia at home with me, bar the odd day here and there.
Getting anything done is just a nightmare.

Just cut out the lettering for my back cover, trying to put the wording in a circle, but it just doesn't look right!

Please someone inspire me.

i am struggling too Dingle but not from a health point of view.

i didn't think it would be this hard!

my cover looks minimalsist so am OK with that.

my sign in pages are falling apart before they have even left the premises! the wallety things i've made aren't on straight or equally. i made holes that were too big for the eyelets so have had to use brads...WRONG colour brads too!

i've done 2 sign in pages and wish i hadn't as now i will have to do 2 instrauction pages otherwise it will be odd.
and i still need to do my LOs

next time it will be better

WEll so far I've made my book. put some ideas together and done my front cover. Was quite pleased with the result,but I am never 100% happy am I!!
Yesterday I managed to do the back cover, I eventually laid out the lettering in a "sort of circle!" Tome always gets the better of me so it had to make do.
I have also made up and printed out the intro and rules. But really not happy with it. It looks so basic and unless I make the font size smaller ( I've used 14) I haven't got any room for any embellishments.
Never really done any hidden journalling and I feel if I haven't got time to try!

Still got both kiddies off with me today, although we are hopefully all on the road to recovery. I've just cancelled the childrens eye tests tomorrow as I really haven't the energy to take them, you can never be certain of how co-operative Amelia is going to be at the best of times!
I haven't got an email Yorkie.

Well managed to do my sign in pages and have done the wording for my intro page last night soam finally getting somewhere ..... BUT thanks to stupid stupid dh moving my frontcover from top of shelves where it was drying to the dining room table (ie within ds' reach - why did he think id put it up there in the first place!?!) it now is sporting chew marks and needs to be redone

Thanks Yorkie. Are we looking to put back the dates then. I don't want to rush through it just to get it in the post unless I have to IYSWIM.
A couple of extra days would be great, at least it would give me the weekend to get mine finished....next week will be no better for me as the children will still be at home on half term!! That's 6 weeks of constant Amelia!! No wonder I feel drained bless her!
But I will go with the flow. Just finished making up my intro/rules page. Made a few subtle changes and it doesn't look so bare now.
