Katz.
All the directions are on the other thread but I'll run through them quickly.
You make and cover the front and back outer pages of your journal.
Front inside is a good place to add a pocket for sign in tags.
Fist page is a single page....use this to do your introduction to your journal....list here things you would or would not like people to use in your journal...ie if you hate glitter then you can state that you would rather the people in your team didnt use it. I tend to print my instructions on a tag so when the journal comes back you can easily remove it and add a LO of your choice.
The next two pages are your first DLO (double layout). This is the LO that you make. You can if you want to add a further DLO's...its up to you...its your journal.
The inside of the back cover needs to be decorated and I use this either for further sign in tags or as the circle is quite small you could use this as a place to add your tag with your home address and contact details. You need to do this so the journal to be returned if it should go astray at anytime....again this tag can then be easily removed and you can add a futher LO or some journalling detailing your thoughts on taking part in your first CJ.
You need to decide whether you want your team mates to add a photograph of themselves on the sign in tag....dont expect them to do so though, as they may feel uncomfortable doing so.
Posting.
First month
A sends to B
B sends to C
C sends to D
D sends to A
Second month
A sends D's album to B
B sends A's album to C
C sends B's album to D
D sends C's album to A
Third month
A sends C's album to B
B sends D's album to C
C sends A's album to D
D sends B's album to A
therefore at the end of the third month A receives back the album which has been completed by the other three team mates.....so yes you are right...there is no need for the last date.
As the circles are quite small how about asking your team mates to make two LO's in your CJ? They really do not take long to make and four weeks is plenty of time to manage two entries.
Popsy....What colour fibres are you looking for?...I have added a few to the pack with your bookrings in....if you give me an idea of the sort of colour you want I can add some that might be of use
Katz...I have emailed you re book rings.
