I've just had a look at the link in the OP and have already seen bits on that page that I want to try!
Although I am not very creative. Def need ideas on things to do, especially with the ds's, would hate them not to be crafty just because I'm not.
Apparently, my ds2 loves craft activities, I was told by the staff at his nursery

Silvery - A really really easy craft project is paper plate masks. Lions are very effective, just rip a couple of sheets of orange, red, yellow and brown tissue paper into inch long bits and give them orange/yelllow pencils or crayons. You cut out some eye holes, draw on a 'face' and let them colour and stick to their hearts delight

it's about the only thing I can actually do craft-wise!

We have done quite a bit with paper plates, never made masks though. Will put it on the list of activities to do.

please can someone tell me how to get rid of all the crud that appears when I load the Pinterest page - I don't want to see a whole lot of stuff I am not interested in from people I am not following.

Ok, I like creating gifts and trying new craft ideas, so this Pinterest thing sounds interesting. So today while ds is asleep and dh is out, I took a look. And I was very unimpressed! The front page was one huge advertisement for seriously unhealthy weight loss, pretty much "diy anorexia"! Is that really what it's about??!?

No, have you had your invite request accepted by the site, or had an e-mail invite from a member?? - if not, then you can't see the site as it really is, just the ads

OFF2SEE - I saw pins about dieting - thought it was someone having a laugh about anorexia sites but probably not having looking at that member's pins.

However pinterest is far more diverse than that - recipes, fashion, house stuff, fair bit of middle american crafty, Mormon mums but it is worth a look - novelty has worn off here a bit but it is a big source of inspiration for cooking, baking, house renovation and things to do with the kids.

Hmm. Guess I'll have to investogate further. Did see later today that someone else had written their version of things, much more sane version! If anyone can invite me in, that would be appreciated.
