YABVVU. It's one of the BBC's best programmes. What I object to is the constant promos for Lloyd Webber's latest publicity stunt. How annoying are they?

YABU. Doctor Who rocks. Plus with the new series being on, I won't have to endure watch any crap classic 1960s episodes on DVD with my DH.

This has made me realise how little I watch BBC1 now - I haven't seen a single trailer for it. In fact, apart from Question Time, Doctor Who probably is the only thing I watch on BBC1.

It's just unrealistic and bleh. The new non-eyebrowed bloke has the personality of a goldfish.

Every time they show a trailer it sends my DS into a frenzy of epic proportions. Takes fricking ages to calm him down.

It doesnt have the same affect on me since my beloved DT regenerated.

Cant wait for Doctor who TBH... hope new doctor matches up to Mr Tennant...

I went from actively disliking Doctor Who - was never a fan as a child and unimpressed when they brought it back with Christopher Eccleston - to choking back the tears when David Tennant regenerated

It is DS1's fault. He loves Dr WHo, and idolises David Tennant. We spent months preparing him for the regeneration, to minimise trauma.

You are right of course Hinny Dr Who is not very realistic what they should do is nix the aliens and the Dr could be a delusional paranoid schizophrenic trying to convice evryone he meets he is in fact a 900 yo time lord from the planet Gallifrey... that could be an interesting gritty drama on the effects of care in the community...
