I'm genuinly interested in why you object to homosexuality, and everytime I ask on the other thread it gets lost in the general hubbub.

So - name change if you want, but please tell me what your objections are?

If it's because it's not natural or against biology, please expand your answer to include why you care about that.

Show your working for extra credit.

n.b. Don't bother if it's a religous justification, you'll need to find someone who believes in that kind of stuff to debate with as I'll just dismiss that out of hand. If you are a homopohbic religous person with a secular objection then please go ahead.

And You don't need a straight pride march when you're in the majority, when you're seen as 'the norm' and when your sexuality is accepted without question and not met with hatred,prejudice and disgust.

LG this is why there can be no debate because they can't discuss or explain just churn out bogoted cliches.It actually shows their arguments are all invalid as they are unable to be debated and are just blanket statements that make no sense

Really? And I don't believe that people with green eyes are born like it. Or there'd be a lot more than there are. Clearly they have been perverted by being told about green eyes (Yes, J.K. Rowling, I am pointing that finger at you).

FlamingFedup - I imagine that hetrosexuals do not go looking for sex in toilets is because the infrastructure just isn't there to support it. There are a lot more places to get casual straight sex, from bars to adult friend finder.

I am astounded that anyone still has a negative view of homosexuality, the only reasons I wouldn't want any of my dcs to be gay is that life can be a little tougher and gcs may be out of the picture!! Not good reasons really.

Seriously though, all families that work deserve to be together and recognised in law. I love the idea that everyone lives in a happy home with two happy parents, I couldn't care less that both are the same or different genders. I also appreciate that my view excludes single parent families, but I am talking about an ideal world. All things being equal two is best, just to talk to eachother when the dcs go to bed.

Her objections to homosexuals are all smoke screen, she simply cannot grasp an understanding that people are born to fall in love with people....male/female it doesn't matter. Some people are promiscuous, some people are ashamed, some people are happy to plod along.....all people, all born, all live.

Well, umm a man has a penis, a woman has a vagina and in most circumstances they fit together and the participants are joined together in a blending of profound emotions (well should be) and pleasure. The reason it is pleasurable is to aid procreation of the species as with the pain of childbirth, women would never go near another man's dick if it was'nt nice . The emotion part of it should keep them together to raise their offspring. The anus is an orifice for waste from the body and such has more bacteria in and around it than the vagina, is not designed for an object to be inserted but is designed for expulsion of faeces which is why a healthly plop is shaped like a penis if you look at it carefully!!

The vagina leads to the womb and the anus to the bowel so pretty logical to me.

I cannot understand the point of lesbians as they will never be 'joined' together in the act - it's just muff diving or using plastic.

You can love someone of the same sex as a friend, I just don't understand why you would feel lust for them, that's an emotion you should be able to control IMHO.

The research for and against homosexuality can be interpreted whichever way you want it to be and depends on which way the researcher swings basically.

thats not true though is it? You also said that they shouldn't talk about themselves to children, that by saying something that is both true and to most non-contraversial they are militant.
