If that theory were true the support schools issue would be non existent (as the wealthy can afford the provision) the tiered system removed and all wealthy families would be happy with standard of provision and paying the exact same Fee.
Thats not happening as there is simply not that level of wealth in UK. The wealthy can move to international schools and wait out the current dire situation. If things improve they’ll being their children back but, they’ll not have them sitting economising, making do.
Of your theory is correct next years financial records will show that bar means tested bursary for the gifted all other discounts and fee assistance has been abolished…. They will level down if they continue this unsustainable model into next financial year as we’re all watching the finance.
