To think Thomas Tuchel isn't attractive in the slightest?

I was surprised to see an article in The Guardian recently which stated that Thomas Tuchel has been described as "bafflingly sexy" on Mumsnet. I am actually a bit flabbergasted. I don't find him attractive in the least. I get the impression that he has something of the night about him. I get emaciated vampire vibes from him. 🧛

He's certainly no Zelenskyy, who was being touted as the sexiest man alive on MM for a while - not sure if he still is though.

He'd be hotter if he'd managed to keep us in the world cup

What has his looks got to do with anything? What a childish thread. If it had been a man saying this about a woman he would be accused of all sorts of misogyny.

And if there was a post stating "Well that Claire Balding is no oil painting but Emma Raducanu is a hottie" what would the replies be?
Does a female sports competitor have to justify how they look ?

There was a thread on Erling Haaland that was bordering on cruel with some of the comments .

They aren't films stars or pop stars or models .
Who cares what they look like .

Is there a single band of attractiveness from Zac Efron to Idris Elba and nothing in between?

Or is it at all possible that people can find all manner of characteristics (intensity, slim build, strong jawline, passionate interest in a subject, nationality) as something they would consider attractive?

Remember, the Guardian is a newspaper that once purported to be for liberal intellectuals. That means Tuchel will always be positioned as the "thinking gal's crumpet" along with any other left field person they can think of.

As a result, you may not be the target audience for any of it - the prose about him, Tuchel himself, any of it!

To be fair, OP was commenting on something that had been said on Mumsnet and in the Guardian. She didn't just come on here to randomly criticise his looks.

I don't think many women or men in the Southampton area would ever have considered Matthew Le Tissier as attractive, but he was a wonderful footballer, which is what counted.

I was just about to say this. Posters would be scathing about how we mustnt judge peoples appearance and 'how dare women talk about other women like this'

And then someone, usually me, comes along and says this is sometimes said about men and then Im shouted down because threads and posts NEVER slag off mens appearance and objectify them.

He has ‘ something about him ‘ as my late mil would say ! I often think that women are generally more disposed to more unusual looking men than the other way around.
