I don't think it is that. It is when odd decisions seem to be being made all the while people's tax (fiscal drag) is going up and they are struggling themselves. For example, free childcare for people that don't work.

It is nothing to do with money. It is is about some disabled people not being able to use watering cans, so they are still allowed to use their hosepipe.

My parents and MIL have an exemption because they are old (mid-late 70's). No disabilities.

I’ve torn a knee ligament, recovery complicated by lipoedema and lymphoedema. I’m swallowing my pride and putting in for an exemption. No idea if I’ll get it.
