Yes, agreed. It's fine for greiveing families to call for calm. But it's not OK for the govt to use that to shut down debate, which is what's happening. They need to address the causes of the unrest. Otherwise, we'll just get more and more of it.

People on 'anti-immigration' protests want all immigration to stop, full stop. They are not asking for improvements to systems. They are demanding all immigration is stopped and all asylum seekers immediately deported. They want hotels closed down and asylum seekers driven out their town, their country. They want them gone.
