To think well done to Neil Sands and Donna Sands for taking their case to get Tattle Life shut down to the court of appeal.

I really admire Neil Sands and Donna Sands, they have all the money in the world and continue to fight on to make the internet a safer place. The Lady Chief Justice has seen that they have strong grounds to appeal.

I think the tenacity can border on stalking. I used to be active on the Jack Monroe threads, and some of the posters went beyond what is normal. I remember logging in after a long gap to see what was going on and they were talking about having plans of her house and looking up which way her ensuite door opened!

You're doing what the anti-tattle brigade does and misleading with a couple of things out of context.

The only reason Jack's house was mentioned was not stalking but because she kept saying how it was a shitty little bungalow.

It sounds so sinister talking of plans of her house, but the truth is years after she moved out it was on rightmove and it was to debunk all the lies she said about the house.

No one did anything close to stalking on Jack Monroe and no one had any intention of doing anything in real life. She showed so much of the front of the house and the tennis courts at the back, along with posting what her nearest train station was that anyone could have found it.

The only reason people spoke about her house was to debunk the lies she told. EG how she went on that walking to Asda was such a mammoth mission when it was a perfectly nice 25 min walk.

It appears to be a vile, poisonous forum, especially on families( see the Radfords thread!) and celebs !

It seems to call out a lot of families for harming their children.
Many influencers/family vloggers aren’t bothered about making the internet safer, they just want to shut people up so that they can exploit their children in peace.

Appears to be? Have you read those threads?

95% disagree with you, OP

If you don't behave like a lunatic / are not a fraudster / grifter / commit assorted crimes, then you will not become subject to deserved ridicule. It is precisely the same with KiwiFarms (although that forum is more anything goes).

I knew that "Dr" Jess Taylor was a lying fraudster when she gained some notoriety within the GC movement, but the receipts from PerpetratorFocus employees and her victims (she stalks not vice-versa) deserve a public airing given that she purports to be a forensic psychologist who is qualified to practice. I also think that her wife is a victim but that's another issue.

Then there's the Alice Evans thread. Someone who initially seemed credible to me (we very briefly interacted on Twitter) until it became apparent that she was a domestic abuser.

Those objecting the loudest are those who think that their behaviour shouldn't be exposed. We'll all continue documenting it and abusers can continue to seethe.

Yes quite. Sali Hughes threw a fit about Tattle and even used her connections to get a documentary made about 'vile online trolls'.

But read the threads about her on there and you'll see that it's all perfectly legitimate criticism about her undeclared ads and shilling for certain brands while positioning herself and her column as impartial and trustworthy. Total bullshitter.

She was also quite rightly criticised for continuing a friendship with India Knight, after India's partner Eric Joyce was convicted for making and downloading CSA images and after India wrote a character statement for him which helped him avoid custody.

Sali didn't like it that Tattle was highlighting the fact that that is the sort of company she keeps. So she had a tantrum. Anyone who had no idea what Tattle is would probably be on her side after hearing the way she tells it. But as a PP said - the ones that complain the loudest are the ones who are pissed off at being exposed for the shady grifters that they are.

I remember the SH thing. India threatened to find out where the critics lived and “send Eric round”! 🤦‍♀️

Yes. And the point about Jack Monroe's house was that her grift was based on the idea that she was a skint single mum on benefits, living with her kid in a tiny flat, etc, etc... And people would give money to her Patreon thinking she was hard up and they were helping to support a working single mum.

When really she was living the life of luxury in a massive town house and was in a relationship with an exec at Channel 4!

Pure and utter scam. Helped proven by the fact that she had an ensuite in her huge London pad.

Exactly this.
I think if someone is going to fraudulently induce people to give them money (and work ) by calling to be incredibly poor then it's actually quite important that people dig into those claims

She sold a false version of her life for profit.(Often exploiting genuinely poor people in the process)

She stayed with him after he was convicted for making and downloading CSA images Shock.

Sali Hughes interviewed Neil and Donna Sands for her paper and praised them for being super sleuths that were determined to do everything correctly in their Tattle Life case.

The court docs show everything was done incorrectly! GDPR breaches, misleading multiple judges, service of the writ failed. It's hard to think how it could have been done any worse!

It was worse than that. She stood up for him in court and the judge handed down a more lenient sentence because he’d been rehabilitated by “the love of a good woman”.

WTF!!!!

Rituelec · Yesterday 17:59

Tattle sometimes over steps the mark, but sometimes does Reddit, mumsnet, fb comments.

Its literally people calling out influencers for lying. Thats why influencers do not like it.

Mrs finch was caught doing a reverse video where she claimed her child put on his own hat when he didnt. Absolutely bizarre.

Yup. And her DD who has a learning disability had to go and live permanently with her father (India’s ex husband).

Then India had the bare faced audacity to write a book about ‘creating a happy home’ or something like that.

But yeah anyway, that’s Sali’s mate.

Absolutely rotten.
