AIBU to think Tattle Life should be shut down following Dr Jessica Taylors forensic research?

Dr Jessica Taylor has produced research that has shown tattle life relentlessly bullied, stalked, trolled and harassed a 16 year old child until she took her own life.

Isn't it time it was shut down?

A very brave article on the metro covers it well metro.co.uk/2026/04/18/upset-this-picture-a-young-girl-trolled-stalked-abused-28001760/

Agree. That's what people should campaign for

I have to get a licence for my daughter to perform on a stage in a fairly minor role. She has to be professionally chaperoned at all times when there. Kidfluencing needs a similar level of regulation

Absolutely it does.

Pinepeak2434 · 18/04/2026 14:25

I read that her mother was exploiting her online. Even the photo by her daughter’s coffin was monetised I believe. Awful.

Over40Overdating · 18/04/2026 14:27

I am not fan of Tattle but ‘Dr’ Jessica Taylor is a fraud. She is wildly unprofessional, exploitative and her only concerns are being in the spotlight and being held up as a hero for the same women she has exploited and would exploit again given half a chance. Her wife is every bit as bad in her terribly thought out social media attacks on anyone who exposes them.

I would suggest you do a bit of forensic research on the dear dr yourself @TheWorthySeal before going to bat so publicly for her. Unless of course you are Jess or Jaimi or another of their flying monkeys trying to do some positive PR. If so - get a life. You’re a disgrace.

Its the streisand effect isnt it?

The only time I ever remember it even exists is when you get some numbnuts bleeting on about how it's the worst site ever to exist and they said some awful thing about someone I've never heard of and so should be shutdown.

Then, because im a nosy fuck, I Google "tattle" and lose half an hour reading through threads.

I particularly enjoy the mumsnet thread on there.

I LOVE the mumsnet thread..it’s so accurate. 😂 And yes, you’re right about the Streisand effect. I’d never heard of Princess before the other thread and it made some interesting reading the other week with a cuppa.

@Tableforjoan oh yes, the magic pie shop!😂 Did they think he was Mr Kipling?!

nois · 18/04/2026 14:44

I unfollowed her after reading some shocking misinformed posts of hers which I couldn’t believe were written by an actual psychologist. Does she have professional qualifications?

Allseeingallknowing · 18/04/2026 14:44

Tableforjoan · 18/04/2026 14:16

The Radfords is that the one where the husband was an adult and wife a minor?

They were both teenagers

DaVinciGirl · 18/04/2026 14:47

Allseeingallknowing · 18/04/2026 14:44

They were both teenagers

When the baby was born he was just turned 18. An adult. She was 14. Very much still a child.

nois · 18/04/2026 14:47

I see she’s a chartered psychologist. What’s the difference between a clinical and chartered psychologist and can they both deliver therapy? Does patient confidentiality apply to both professions?

It’s worse than all of those things. It’s a disgusting website full of hateful adults who try and justify their disgusting behaviour in any way they can.

It really isn’t worse. I’ve seen much more personal attacks on here towards other posters and threads about celebs are just as brutal.

Don’t agree. Tattle is far worse. A lot of posters on Tattle would be banned on other forums for their vicious, hateful possibly libellous posts.

Allseeingallknowing · 18/04/2026 15:02

Tableforjoan · 18/04/2026 14:21

Thought so.

Cant see a problem with people calling out an adult for getting a 13/14 year old girl pregnant much of an issue tbh.

Then yes the tv shows and lies about not getting any benefits like his pie shop was really supporting all those babies 😅

I agree with many of the criticisms of the Radfords, especially about the finances, holidays etc but some of those posts go beyond what is acceptable, criticising the children’s appearance etc. they are easy hateful to Sue Radford. With regards to their ages when they started their relationship, although not ideal, it was obviously deemed unnecessary to take any action about it, and they have had a stable happy relationship for years. Things were different then.

Ah … adults having sex and impregnating children is ok, because “things were different then” - the “Jimmy Savile” defence.

NoisyHiker · 18/04/2026 15:09

Bloody hell. Did this 'mother' really set up a black and white curated photo shoot of her draped artfully against her daughters coffin.

Repulsive.

Poor child was being used and abused for likes even after death.

I have no idea who any of these people are, and I've never been on tattle, but if this is typical of the mothers behaviour I can see why people were concerned for her daughter.

NoisyHiker · 18/04/2026 15:10

Forgot to add:

This is vile.

Dr Taylor 😂😂😂 grifter.

Right up there with Jack Monroe.

Dr Jessica Taylor is one of the biggest grifters around. She’s only taken on Tattle as it had a thread on her exposing her dubious practices and lies. Shes not doing this ‘research’ to be altruistic

Exactly this

Yep, this is the same woman who claimed mental health issues should never be treated with medicine. That depression does not exist, and it’s merely a trauma response that she can fix with her wonderful psychotherapy, for a fee no doubt. Grifter but also an incredibly dangerous woman. A predator of the vulnerable.

I imagine social services were contacted at the time . Of course it doesn’t make it ok, but the situation did have a happy outcome. In those days girls did often stay with the father and get married after getting pregnant . It’s not comparable to vile JS.

Glowingup · 18/04/2026 15:27

Hi Jess/Jaimi/Jaimi’s mum

Yes what very impressive research. Yes it must be annoying that people are calling you out for your total bullshit but them’s the breaks. At least you’ve made a huge amount of money from your grift.

She's only 51, you're talking about 1989? And I'm not sure I'd agree a life of popping out babies every year is a great outcome. She could have had a completely different life if she hadn't been groomed by an older teenager when she was very underage.

BlackCatsForever · 18/04/2026 17:10

There is vile racism posted on X, formerly Twitter every day, probably similar on other large sites such as Reddit. So it’s funny how Jess goes after a tiny site with a few thousand users that most people hadn’t heard of. Why could that be? 🤔

Uricon2 · 18/04/2026 17:17

I don't think @TheWorthySeal will be returning, if the other, very numerous, threads about the wonders of Jess Taylor/ denigrating Tattle Life are anything to go by.

Clearly beef there, but as has been said upthread, all it does is make people check it out for themselves.

LadySnowblood · 18/04/2026 17:27

A lot of the replies here are avoiding the actual point.

Nobody is saying public figures can’t be criticised. The point is that Tattle turns criticism into fixation: constant threads, “receipts”, wiki pages, repeated speculation, and a culture where users convince themselves they are doing something useful while monitoring strangers for sport.

“I didn’t contact anyone” is beside the point. If a site repeatedly creates an atmosphere where offline consequences are foreseeable, the environment itself is part of the problem.

Also, “other sites are bad” is a childishly bad defence. If X, Reddit and Tattle all enable unhealthy behaviour, then they can all be criticised.

You do not have to think Jess is right about everything to recognise that a platform built around obsessive group contempt is not healthy.

ExtraOnions · 18/04/2026 17:32

I once read a MN thread were someone was encouraging another user to poison the next-door neighbours child, because they had taken some chocolate. They were egged on by other users.

Seem a lot on Tattle, never seen anyone encouraged to harm children.
