AIBU worrying about WW3?

My husband says I’m putting too much energy into something that may never happen. I’m worried that UK will have a nuclear attack… my husband also says ‘the weren’t even used in the Cold War, they are mainly just a deterrent’

I can’t stop thinking about it, and I’m seeing tabloids like Mirror, Daily Star, The Sun.. report like ‘4 minute warning’ and everything- to the point I’ve had to delete Facebook.

ive even asked ChatGPT who says it’s ’extremely unlikely’ 😆

but I just can’t shake it, I suffer with anxiety that I am being seen for.

OP posts:

I’m concerned about WW3 of course but it won’t stop the DFS sale and it won’t stop me. I’m more concerned how this American superpower is being led by an orange rapist buffoon and the millions of people who actually voted for him. The world is actually insane.

There's no reasoning with some people, OP stop looking.

Don't listen to the unsupportive posts op.
Your anxiety has grabbed this and anyone without anxiety won't understand.
Let me reassure you. The gutter press has to make up scaremongering headlines as they would sink into oblivion otherwise. Don't listen to them. It's not real news.
The world is turbulent at the moment. That can't be denied. But just think how many events have had the gutter press proclaiming it's the end of the world over the last few years. But we're still here.
Others are right. Block the gutter press, at least, on your feed.
