To ask what age you would say is no longer dying young

Although hard still I feel from 80 onwards it’s expected

I work in probate and I’d say 80. We see more and more people making it to their very late 80s and 90s.

My dad died at 56 which was definitely young. My mum died at 67 which now I’m 60 seems young. I’d say if someone gets to 80+ they’ve had a good innings.

about 70, but I know very ‘young’ 70 year olds like my parents who have busy social lives, good health, go on holiday 5-6 times a year and can still run after grandkids. I know others who look 80 with chronic conditions and poor mobility who just present as very old.

Average lifespan is around 80, but average healthy life span is only 60 apparently. I guess before 60 is young.

It depends. My dad is 84 and he's in great health so I'd be in shock if he died now though technically it wouldn't be befire his time.

My aunt is 79 and hasn't looked after herself, I've been surprised she's still here for quite some years.

I think 70 for dying young, over that it can still be younger than expected but not young as such.

80's although very much depends on the individual. I know some very spritely 80 year olds!
