He maybe a foul mouthed chef - but that is all for tv. Honestly, he is such a lovely guy and very sincere.
Our son (28) passed away on the 29th June from a Glioblastoma. When he was first diagnosed June 2022 and after his first craniotomy and treatment, DS started to watch an episode of Hell's Kitchen every evening. He worked his way through all of the series. I wrote to Gordon's PA to ask when the next series would be out. I didn't hear anything for a while and wasn't even sure if my email had arrived or if it had even got to the correct person.
Anyway...after about two months I received a reply apologising for the delay but also saying it's difficult to pin Gordon down. Attached to the email was a lovely personal video to DS from Gordon, he also invited us and DS's friends over to Connecticut for the filming of the up and coming season which was June 2024. We kept in touch as the visit to the states was dependent on DS's scan which was due in the April (this was about the November 2023), unfortunately the scan showed new growth and DS was literally in for another craniotomy within the week. He was unable to fly for so many weeks after and we sadly couldn't fly to the states.
Last December 2024, we were guests at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and also Lucky Cat/Bar and Grill over two evenings. DS's friends came with us. We were treat like kings and queens. They could honestly not do enough for us.
Am not sure why I have told you all of the above...you certainly didn't need to know it all, but I think the moral of the story is don't judge...😊
With regards to the groom and his mother - we only have one side of the story (hers)...
