Who wants to wait whilst my kittens are born!

My girl is having her kittens! First one is here squeaking and healthy!

Second is imminent.

I think she’ll have 4 🤞🏽🤞🏽

All feeding and mummy is having a bowl
of tuna.

I am quite overwhelmed - I’m so proud of my girl and so glad she and her babies are all ok.

She came to get me when she went into labour. Then got in the nest I made for her a few days ago and the rest is history!

I’ll have a little tidy up and then try to get a few hours of sleep. DH is deffo on kid duty first thing. I can still get to work on time if I get up by 8.30.

DH is here all day tomorrow and Friday so they will not be alone.

Yep making sure everything is dry and then some sleep for you

Adorable. I follow a cat/kitten fosterer on FB (Love & Hisses) and it is so good for the soul. Whatever else is going on in the world, there’s love, kindness and lots of very cute kitten pics (just sayin’…). Congratulations!

What a lovely thread. I was thirsty and came down stairs for a drink, this has been a joy to follow. I love black cats too.

Thankfully not got to the sheet so I’m gonna park that and use a blanket.

Aw lovely thread. Animals are amazing. I’m up feeding my 1 baby, I don’t know how cats manage 5! How old is your son? I bet he will be delighted.

Being a cat midwife is the best thing isn’t it! My girl was very restless as she went into labour. I had gone to bed. My DP got me up, and the look of relief on her little face, as if to say ‘Mums here! Let’s get my babies born’ she had 5 beautiful babies.

Just caught up - so exciting!! I was with my cat when she gave birth earlier this year. So nerve wracking but incredible. Had to break the sacks which was a little daunting but gorgeous healthy litter of 4 kittens!

How lovely, well done mama kitty. They are gorgeous! We will, of course, require updates OP especially if the black ones. We used to have a black cat and she really was gorgeous, I think they are special.
