Chub rub...help!

posting here as don't know where else to post.

I'm away on holiday in a couple of weeks, and I've bought some long dresses, I'm not a small gal so could do with some anti rub shorts.

Any advice on what the best ones are? Ones that don't ride up your leg, and not too clingy

Shorts work but add heat.

Get yourself a good chamois cream - not the expensive Lanacane sold in tiny tubes marketed to women, but the stuff marketed to cyclists.

Its fantastic & works and I have been 19 stone + and have worn dresses everywhere I've wanted for years since I discovered it, including lots of walking in the heat etc.

I recommend M&S anti chafe shorts. Come in black/ white/nude and while they do ride up a bit I have found them some of the best over the years as I don’t find they fall/roll down at the wait and give a smooth line.

I have used deodorant stick in the heat to great effect. I've put it between my thighs and also around footwear if my feet were getting sweaty and the sandal was starting to rub.
