Apparently Fordow got 6 bunker bombs, and another site got Tomahawk cruise missiles from submarines, according to a US reporter.

It's WMD all over again.

Let's hope PM Starmer keeps us the fuck out of it. Not our circus, not our monkeys.

I don't think he'll have much choice.

Just made a pot of coffee. Woke up H to let him know but he said to stop worrying and go to sleep. I can’t sleep now.

Iran will come back with something because they have to, they will not be shown to be weak.
Otherwise they are left open for anyone to just bomb them.

For those saying Good etc…
Im sorry but you arent glued up about what this can be the start of

You cant just go into a country because they have nuclear weapons. We have them, would it be ok for another country to do that to us, or the USA, or France, Pakistan, India, North Korea etc? No, and it would not be tolerated either

China & North Korea on the side of Iran.
As well as Pakistan so they can easily get ships, planes and air defences from those countries

This could be the start of something HUGE

TRUMP saying - Now time for PEACE
is rubbish - He wants to be a wartime president and go down in History and he knows what this is going to cause

USA targets will be hit in relation either a warship or a US airbase (in the middle east)

This isnt peace - This is just the start

Edited

Agreed

Bloody great(!) more worrying news to distract from what our own government are up to.

Give your fucking head a wobble.

Some things are bigger than the your thoughts about the Labour Party.

As long as Article 5 of Nato isnt triggered we will stay out of it as much as possible

Likely, sadly yes.
But hopefully not

Support the right wing, warmongering monkeys? Or do what's right for the UK.

How many separate bombing campaigns has the US carried out on other countries since WWII? 37? 40? Either way, it's a lot, but none of them has resulted in WWIII yet, so I'm not panicking.

What are you talking about? It is very concerning what our government might be doing whilst this news is on. How they might drag us into it with the wrong move. Give your own head a wobble and stop policing people’s views.

The start of WW3 is upon us

WW3 has been underway for some time. It just doesn’t get that label until after the fact.

Global conflicts tend to begin with several inter-related smaller theatres of war. That is what we have been seeing over the last decade (at least). There has also been a subtle alignment of countries over that same period.

You are right but this one can involve North Korea and China and to be honest that concerns me alot more than any other of the wars that have been taken place over the last years

Usually when they want to bury bad news, this is the time to do it.

So the airstrike was cooked up to take attention away from Starmer?

Get real.

SpuytenDuyvil · 22/06/2025 02:48

Just need to say again that not all of us voted for that fucker. Less than 30% of adults did. Unfortunately it was enough.

tava63 · 22/06/2025 02:49

I just can’t take this in, the U.S. have bombed three nuclear (NUCLEAR) sites. What will this do to people on the ground there? What will this mean for the world?

Ilovelifeverymuch · 22/06/2025 02:50

KenAdams · 22/06/2025 01:25

There goes Trumps Nobel Prize that he so desperately wants. Being at war with Iran is not a sensible move for Mr America First.

Bombing this sites is in line with US policy that Iran can not be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. He gave Iran the chance to negotiate and they dragged the talks until things eslxates with Israel. Even after the attacks started he still left the door open for talks which the UK and EU leaders tried to meditate over the past few days which didn't go anywhere so the decision was take advantage of the current situation where the Iranian regime is on the back foot and weak and strike a decisive blow to their nuclear ambitions once and for all or stay out and we deals with this in another year or two.

Israel has show it can defeat Iran with all their bluster but only the US has the capability to destroy the nuclear sites which are built deep underground with the use of the buster bomb, and only the US has a plane which can deliver the bomb, the B2 bomber.

So yes you can argue that seriously damaging Iran's nuclear ambition is actually America first. He made it very clear when he opened the doors to negotiate with Iran that they will NOT be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. Who knows maybe the bloody regime will fall and Iranians can rebuild their country.

Iran's allies the terrorists groups that they sponsor are all weakend, Hezbollah, Hamas and Houthis so they are very weak right now, they will bluster and shout and maybe attack a US base in Iraq or something just to save face then stfu.

PuddledPeople · 22/06/2025 02:52

Did you mean to be so obtuse regarding precise times?

Will they be working on emergency plans to support the wave of mass immigration from more displaced people? Or working on plans to ensure they are doing all they can to prevent fuel price rises hitting the poorest in society. Things they should’ve predicted coming? There are lots of things they should be doing.

Ilovelifeverymuch · 22/06/2025 02:53

Lifesd · 22/06/2025 01:30

Good I hope the operation has been successful and irans nuclear capability has been destroyed. Iran is a threat to the west - I don’t think we should be involved in regime change (particularly after disastrous interventions in Lebanon and Syria but I support this action.

Thank you, people are so fixated on Trump that they miss the main issue her.

The Iranian regime is very weak right now and they were given multiple opportunities to reach a deal which they refused so it makes sense to strike a decisive blow to their nuclear ambition.
