I feel like the men are going be 99% in oversized double breasted suits and I’m already bored

It’s just a ridiculous camp pantomime now though - I much preferred the pre-Instagram days when stars wore more low-key, relatable and sexy outfits, like Kate Moss in 1995.

I'm not watching live but I will be looking at the outfits with delight and disappointment, depending and there is always a lot of disappointment, for a while no doubt and a good old looking tomorrow because it's fascinating.

I'm guessing without reading all the way that there are already "but it's this and I don't even care." posts because god knows we don't know that the Met doesn't mean anything to some people so they must tell us. It's an interesting theme as well and gives the men a real chance to shine if they chose well but my guess is that it's the men who already choose well who'll shine and the others will still manage to miss the mark a little. I do love the Black Dandy idea though, it's a fabulous thing to play around with and could be a real success. I've been less keen for the last couple of years. Thanks for the photos so far. Some good ones.
