Has anyone experienced heightened anxiety on mounjaro ?

Apologies but posting for traffic. Have been taking mounjaro for 8 weeks ans noticed in past week my anxiety is through the roof. A few life events happening but right now my mind is going 100 miles an hour and can't settle it. I have propranolol for migraines (didn't work for that ) had read the work for anxiety so have found me taking them. Doing alot of catastrophising in my head.

Altered mental state can be a side effect of taking mounjaro. You’re best speaking to your prescriber about it.

Thank you, I'll have a look. Talked to Dp and got my catastrophising under control for now . Not felt this anxious in years though.

No, I find that my moods are very smoothed out. No terrible lows but no great highs either .
