Has anyone ordered Lego pieces from the Bricks and Pieces section of the Lego website? I’ve made my first order and am wondering how long it takes compared to how long they say it takes which is somewhere between 9 and 15 days or something. Ds is plotting his village and I’m customising my heart ornament and the one I bought my mum.

We’ve built a couple more bags of the Botanical Garden today. It’s such a nice build. I found two pieces in bag 12 were missing but there were spares from previous bags so it didn’t matter. I’m not sure if they’d put them in the wrong bag maybe. Ds was missing a piece from a Ninjago set and I’m hoping that won’t take long to arrive.

How are you getting points? Do you have to buy them from the Lego website rather than a supermarket?

I didnt even realisse i had 1500 points from sets i had bought on line for the dc. I will look at registering my sets.

Yes, that’s right. There’s a little QR code on the first/second page of each set’s instruction book - use the camera on your phone to scan it and it will take you through to the registration page.

Yep. Apparently one of the bricks I ordered was out of stock so that held up my whole order. 14th jan I ordered it and got it literally 13th march!

@LegoTherapy mine's fine and graduated a couple of year's ago. It's @TheWayTheLightFalls who had a trip to A&E yesterday. How are they now?

He’s ok, couple of stitches. He had a grand old time apparently, told everyone at nursery that he had lots of snacks and got to watch tv at the hospital.

STEM set remains one bag in here, hopefully a bit more free time tomorrow morning.

For the second year running Mothers Day didn't happen for me. DD1 would have taken me out for lunch if DH hadn't ballsed up booking our Easter holiday (maybe there was a reason that the flights were so cheap). DD2 is ND and struggles.
I took the liberty of picking up a the lotus flowers in Lidl and I am looking forward to putting them together when I get home.

Oh dear. The lotus flowers will last longer than a lunch

The Lego bricks and pieces are on their way from Poland and I think should arrive tomorrow. The Jazz club and Easter Surprise arrived today.

Ds has brought all his Minecraft sets down into the dining table and made a village. It looks really cool. Once he’s tweaked it I’ll ask him if I can post a picture.
I bought Assembly Square off eBay from a local seller. It looks legit and he says it is. All pieces marked with LEGO logo and packaged in the way all other big sets are with numbered bags etc. I was wary of buying a big set off eBay but it’s looking great and I’m looking forward to building it. We also have the Jazz club and the Easter bunny GWP to build. I really do have to stop buying LEGO now! I buy all clothes except underwear and socks and shoes off vinted so it balances somewhat. The addiction is quite serious I fear but I can excuse it as an investment and my special interest 😁

I’d love Assembly Square but really can’t justify it right now. Also the new LoTR set and GWP caught my eye, but trying to hold back. Not a huge fan of the series but liked the look of it.

@TheWayTheLightFallsI paid £187 and the seller dropped it off for me because he was local. I met him on a different road though as obviously I wouldn’t have a stranger know where I live especially if there were any issues with it. There were lots of sets at a similar price sling with some crazy prices. I don’t know how much it was when it was available at the Lego store. I’m after the Viking village set next and hoping they bring out some How To Train Your Dragon sets when the film comes out in June. The Viking village is hard to find according to the website and it’s not been in the Manchester store for ages.
