Smoke alarm just went off in my son's room. Was nothing, (maybe the batteries are going?) but have that horrible adrenaline feeling and can't settle now.

Too hot. Fan on. Wet flannel on forehead. It's boiling here in Herts

Have heartburn and I’m too warm! Have to be up at 6am too! 🙈

Work stress and can’t switch off

Not sure. Pretty unusual. But now the birds are singing & im considering making bread then getting back in bed

DS was too hot so decided getting in bed with me was the solution. So I'm now on the sofa instead, listening to the dawn chorus and worrying.about life.

Taking a long haul flight by myself for the first time in a few hours..never flown alone before. Slightly anxious and can't sleep.

Also, it's hot!

Because I'm in the middle of a cancer scare, CT scan yesterday and Colonoscopy on Sunday. I'm going through every possible scenario in my head

My baby NEVER SLEEPS

Night shift tonight so will sleep later in the day. I didn't intend to stay up all night but I got a few jobs done and now I'm going for a sunrise walk.

Because the window is open which made the blind flap loudly! I had propped something against it to stop it but DH must have moved it... 🙄

My partner of more than 20 years recently announced he no longer wants to be in a relationship with me. He's having a close relationship with an ex. We're still living together, separate bedrooms. He's relaxed and happy. I'm distraught. Not sleeping well.

30 weeks pregnant and baby won't stop kicking me. It's really really cute but I've slept like 3 hours a night the last week and I'm dropping the ball at work in a really crucial week of my career. I'm so tired.

Hot and my ds2 aged 11 weeks woke up so trying to get him back to sleep for another few hours

I’m so sorry for all here who have such sad/scary reasons for being awake. OP tell us more about your pup! I’m very unwell with digestive issues (since February!) so not having a good time either.
