Crate training our Puppy who just wants to play 😴

Too hot and have so much stuff going on in my head. Things to do and organise.

my dog has been waking me at 4.30
it was 5.30 but she has got earlier
i think the birds wake her
she just wants to play

Because it’s not bedtime here yet.

No reason at all, except that I seem to be doing a two stage sleep, now that I'm retired.
For those who have worries or pains, I wish you peace.

Another dog one, the dog is a dick but we love him, we are going to the beach now, we are awake, might as well enjoy the day even if it is raining.

Comforting in a way knowing you’re not the only one lying awake with thoughts, worries plans and a whole range of emotions whirring through us. Dog yelping for toilet woke me at 4.10 then just stood on the back path waiting for me to let him back in and get his biscuit 🙄

6 months pregnant, it’s hot and I have been rotating like a rotisserie chicken due to hip pain 🙄

Dh died on Sunday morning and I've been awake since 2.30 am 😩

I’m awake as I’m stressing about house selling. But tbh it’s all just shit that can be sorted.

Chemo has turned me into an insomniac.

My 4year old DS has been up since 3am thinking it’s play time - he has ASD and has always been a terrible sleeper . DH has swapped with me now so I can try and get some sleep but to no avail.

This happened to us recently. Would go off randomly at times in the night. It was the batteries. Hasn't happened since we changed them

I will hope and pray that it ends up being a scare and nothing more.

I have ulcerative colitis and having yet another flare. Go to toilet, get back into bed 20 seconds later back on toilet.

So do I, feel unwell, boiling hot and have a headache. Retired now so it's lucky I can go back to bed. Hope you feel better soon.

On a ferry, no sleep all night

Sympathies. I had the same and why I refused to take steroids after my first cycle. (Oncologist also prescribed me an anti-nausea med that made me sleep, as refusing steroids did make my nausea far worse. Even so, it was worth it in the long run as the meds they gave me were amazing.)

I've been terrorised kept awake since 03:45 by a mosquito that I can't kill locate. Now I have finished chemo, I am once more irresistible to them.

Was woken by my own sobbing after having a really vivid dream that my husband left me for a man 😳 for some reason we had a big dinner to announce it to family and friends and he brought his new boyfriend along.

Oh gosh, how worrying. I hope you get the results soon and that it’s good news!
