I think it probably breaches advertising guidelines of sexualising women. I thought I read somewhere that decapitating women in an advert like that and just showing the skimpily clad body was a bit dodgy for adverts.

There are A LOT worse things on ebay! You can buy lollipops which have been sucked (listings have appropriate photos), tights which have allegedly been worn by air stewardesses (with sexy photos), used/dirty underwear, and all sorts of other questionable things to satisfy the predilections of men.
