I snapped and farted.

Anyone got a link to it? 😂 I can't find it

OP posts:

I took it as “snapped and shouted.” ( It could easily have become “sharted.”) But the funny thing is she refused to acknowledge it as a typo. ( I’m sure it was , contrary to other interpretations. No one writes “ snapped and farted” unless they have a whole other fart life. )

Ah, ok. Thank you.

Ah, ok. Thank you.

What are you saying thanks to that poser for? They’re wrong.

The OP in that stupid thread was quite clear. She has IBS and she said that her IBS is worse when she is feeling anxiety. It wasn’t a typo for anything. She actually farted and thought it was pertinent to her post so added that part in.
Not a typo.

@Calliopespa.

It wasn’t a typo. The OP confirmed it wasn’t a typo. She has IBS. She said anxiety made her IBS worse. She literally farted. For some reason, she decided to put that into her post. The whole thing was stupid.

I was saying thanks because they responded to my question.

Most under rated thread "the fly seat on the bus" had me in stitches, I mean did anyone ever find out what the fly seat was?

FilthyforFirth · 22/04/2024 09:52

I thought it was funny but not a patch on Balonz which I regularly re-read!

needsomewarmsunshine · 22/04/2024 09:55

I never got the ' dh doing a t rex' in Asda thing. Yet it was deemed hilarious, the whole thing just came across as batshit as did the thread in general.

Don’t worry Placeo, thanks gratefully accepted for what was genuinely my take: an OP who made it sillier because she couldn’t back down. I’m going to continue to enjoy it as such because … well what’s the harm in finding things funny. Or thanking people!

tuvamoodyson · 22/04/2024 10:03

I’ve yet to find any of the ‘classics’ funny.

JanglingJack · 22/04/2024 10:05

Not funny. Go for it though.

KittyCollar · 22/04/2024 10:10

I find the “Ick” threads funny.

I don’t know the thread in question, but aren’t fly seats those flip-up seats you get towards the front of some bus types?

MissHarrietBede · 22/04/2024 10:28

There is a very funny one about having a Christmas market in your garden.

WoodBurningStov · 22/04/2024 10:43

I felt sorry for the poor poster, she was upset about something (cant remember what) and everyone was cracking up at her mistake.

PeatandDieselfan · 22/04/2024 10:53

@WoodBurningStov she was annoyed about her eccentric, embarrassing boyfriend.

Mirabai · 22/04/2024 11:41

I laughed a lot. So shoot me.

She was actually quite mean (and lacking in humour) to him I thought .

TerriPie · 22/04/2024 12:48

Bit of a damp squib compared to the penis beaker and shitting man.

Nah. She knew exactly what she was doing when she posted. It worked, a rubbish thread is forever in classics.
