I thought at first it was snapped and shouted. But then you have to ask why would autocorrect change shouted to farted?

It’s not meant to be an autocorrect fail, just an unnecessary detail.

All I know is that, thanks to MN, I can't see hear or speak the words 'Lemon Drizzle' without adding a silent 'Bitch' on the end. Pom Bears, rinse mince and javelin arse still make me smile.

It was very funny. You’d have to not have a sense of humour - and what made it even funnier was that the OP didn’t really acknowledge how funny it was BUT did later mention she had IBS - all of which obviously left one vaguely wondering if it hadn’t been a typo at all!

Yes that’s what made me laugh. She employed the same “ just ignore it” approach to a typo fart as many people adopt for a real fart.

It wasn’t a typo. She said she had done kind of digestive issue and got gassy when stressed or something. I can’t remember fully and can’t be bothered reading it again.

I took it as “snapped and shouted.” ( It could easily have become “sharted.”) But the funny thing is she refused to acknowledge it as a typo. ( I’m sure it was , contrary to other interpretations. No one writes “ snapped and farted” unless they have a whole other fart life. )
