Either a genuine poster who thought it necessary to add, in the middle of her story, that she farted, or:

A troll.

From memory there's a bit of pattern with this one, T-Rex arms and 'owling'.

Deadpan dropping in weird phrases, sitting back and letting the confusion take hold, coming back all naive and wondering what the fuss is about.
