apparently, according to dh, it's odd.
he always blocks the bathroom for an hour gets dressed first thing.

his dad was the same, but my lovely mil also gets up and has her before getting a shower and dressed.

In a hotel its definitely frowned upon to appear in the restaurant in your PJs.

In your own home nope completely normal bur people have different preferences my 5 year old always wants to be dressed for breakfast by youngest wants breakfast in his pj's!

I eat breakfast in my PJs most mornings 🙂. Not odd at all!

This is like starting a debate about whether you pee then brush your teeth, or vice versa...

yeah, hotel is different. I wouldn't leave the room if not dressed properly unless evacuated in the middle of the night.

I don’t get dressed out of my pjs unless I’m leaving the house

After picking teeth first two weeks post-partum..... always pee first. Trust me.

I pee and brush my teeth immediately upon waking, but my pjs stay on until I absolutely must change.

I brush my teeth whilst peeing- beat that😅

My kids always eat breakfast in their pj’s.

One of the things I lost love is getting up and having a cup of coffee and croissant outside in my garden in my pjs.

When it's warm enough, obvs.

Breakfast in PJs. That way if some marmalade slips off my toast it isn't the end of the world.

tbh I think dh would be the type to insist on getting dressed with shirt & tie before getting into an ambulance with a heart attack...

Tea in bed, then coffee and a crumpet, shower, teeth, makeup, dress and exercises.

Isn't it odd that your dh cares enough about this to judge it?

Cup of tea in pj's.. shower.. hair wash n blow dry....then clean lounge pants etc.. ( if not going out).then breakfast or l wait and have brunch.

I just put my pjs on whilst DH has gone to get dinner!

PJs rule I would live in them if I didn't have to go to stupid work.

Does this mean you go to bed (on occasion) wearing the same thing you’ve worn all day around the house ?

So your H is both selfish (blocking the bathroom for an hour every morn) and critical (it’s your business if you eat your breakfast in your pjs or not!). What a pain for you OP.

It's permissible by law to wear pjs until 3pm, then shower, and change into fresh pjs. I thought this was prohibited except in case of illness, but my partner, who's an artist, assures me it's fine.

I only eat breakfast on a Sunday, and always in my PJ’s. In fact I rarely get dressed at all on a Sunday.

Yep! But most days I have to leave the house and/or I might have a shower and change into fresh ones. I usually put pjs straight on when I get home

I usually have my breakfast in a bowl but on a plate, should it be toast or the like.

When I was working (including WFH) I was up, showered & dressed before having breakfast.
Now I am retired, one of my great luxury's is to get up (when I want) and then have a leisurely breakfast before getting showered & dressed.
If I have an appointment or am going somewhere I revert to type and get showered & dressed first.
