Lots of things don't make sense about the map like why so much variation in Africa? Why is canada so big when there are so many European there, does the native population skew it wards?? I assume that each country was contacted/researched separately and this is some kind of meta study but each country will have got their info in Different ways e.g. medical organisations, Vs self reporting. Some reports I imagine maybe rather ....ahem...inflated?

In my experience of seeing penis’s ( from personal experience and from working in the care sector) is that black men tend to be big, Asian men small, and British men acceptable, but nothing amazing
