Penis Size by country

Sorry it’s a daily mail link, but interesting nonetheless. In my experience British men have smallish, average size. I had an Egyptian FWB once and he had the perfect penis. Thick, circumcised, straight. Any comments, am I BU?

Penis sizes around the world revealed... and UK is not in the top 10

Britain comes in 68th place with a penis size of 5.2in (13.1cm) and America is in 60th place with men having an average size of 5.4in (13.5cm).

I do think it's appalling to "prefer" circumcised men, though.

Why? Though. Being genuine here. I'm curious.

Surely, it's just a preference. Nothing deeper than that. Some like big tits, others small. Pubes vs no pubes, curvy or athletic body types...

Either way doesn't bother me as long as they know how to use it.

Well I prefer a man with his penis in tact to be honest if you must know. But, they can have the nicest cock in the world and if they're useless with it then it might as well be a light sabre.

I agree with this. My experience has firmly taught me it’s not about the size of cock, but whether the man knows how to use it.

CurlewKate · 07/04/2024 19:44

@MillshakePickle Because you're expressing a preference for a penis that has been operated on without it's owners consent. Cosmetic surgery on a baby.

Well what's the penis going to do? Curl up and die of shame and go online to find out how it can get it's foreskin back?

My preference is that he has a dick, just to be clear.

Circumcision is usually done for religious reasons. I thought.

What about my H, he had rather tight foreskin and it was circumcised at 10? Does medical need count as non consent?

Not trying to be obtuse. Actually, very interested in your point of view and it isn't every day, you get to discuss the merits of Circumcision or not.

Why? It's the same as any other physical preference.

No. My DH was circumcised age around 8 for medical reasons, not religious or cosmetic.

tennesseewhiskey1 · 07/04/2024 19:53

Ffs. We fight for the rights to be equal and not be seen as just sexual objects and then this comes out. Fucking dire.

CurlewKate · 07/04/2024 19:56

@Wellhellooooodear "No. My DH was circumcised age around 8 for medical reasons, not religious or cosmetic."

Yes, there are a few men like that. Most, however...

CurlewKate · 07/04/2024 20:40

@MillshakePickle "What about my H, he had rather tight foreskin and it was circumcised at 10? Does medical need count as non consent?"

No. Parents can, of course, consent to medical procedures on behalf of minor children. As I said, most circumcisions are done for cosmetic reasons. I include religious ritual as "cosmetic"

I can't be bothered clicking. Men will find this very interesting I bet.

Err this man doesn't.

AfterTheWatershed · 07/04/2024 21:07

Wow, very surprised at the responses, both of my sons are circumcised. Tb fair I got married very young to a Muslim and I didn’t really think anything of it when he got them circumcised. My sons have never expressed anything negative about it and although I’m now divorced my sons do Ramadan and go to Mosque, they have lots of female interest so I don’t think they are unhappy to be circumcised. They seem very secure and are good looking and intelligent too. I’m shocked that people see it as a negative! Im not sure if men from Ecuador are circumcised, does this make a difference to size?

They didn't really have an option tho did they? The choice was taken from them! As the saying goes 'you can only piss with the cock you've got'!

Can you imagine a similar study on breast size, grading women by country? It's pretty fucking demeaning and I really thought we'd moved beyond this kind of shit. Sadly not.

I think there is, and equally meaningless. Available at this website along with many weird statistics to keep tabloid writers doing no-effort clickbaity articles for months. https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/

Men incidentally are 2.6 times more likely to google average penis size than women. That's a stat I made up just now though.

Agree it is demeaning (and pointless - what exactly are we to do about the terrible news the UK is not in the top ten )

AfterTheWatershed · 07/04/2024 21:26

Yes that it true! I would ask them but that might be a bit weird now, and they are out and about living life, not mumsnet types that dwell on everything/have an issue with everything so probably wouldn’t engage anyway!

Yes. Though it is cracking me up that the Daily Heil appears to have classified it as a 'health' article. That's some quality journalism.

It’s not the DM it’s health researchers in Germany. Journalists do not do data driven research that hasn’t already been done by someone else in some form

Allfur · 07/04/2024 21:29

Its a bit sad how unquestioning you were about your kids getting circumcised

AfterTheWatershed · 07/04/2024 21:36

Well they are not kids now! No, I didn’t question it but in those days you just got on with things and didn’t agonise over it! I was married at the time and my ex arranged it. My sons are grade A students and very good looking with lots of interest from the opposite sex, vastly more successful from most uncircumcised men so I’m not worried for them at all!!

@AfterTheWatershed "They seem very secure and are good looking and intelligent too. I’m shocked that people see it as a negative! "

For clarity- being circumcised isn't a negative. The act of circumcising a healthy baby is the negative. It's cosmetic surgery performed- often without anaesthetic- on someone unable to consent, and is wholly shocking.

AfterTheWatershed · 07/04/2024 18:42

Sorry, I should have put this on the relationship board. I will ask to get it moved.

There's always the sex board.

MyOtherCarisAVauxhallZafira · 07/04/2024 22:53

Surely this is mainly about general size, Dutch people for example are generally tall/bigger than average British people you would expect their genitalia to be in proportion, similarly Asian countries tend to have shorter average heights and weights again you would expect genitalia to be in proportion.

Walkingwasgoodforme · 07/04/2024 23:00

This is just so sad and depressing and reductive. Just why?

Wordsmithery · 07/04/2024 23:03

Well said. How can women possibly expect men to treat us with respect when we resort to this demeaning and superficial nonsense?!

Sorry but your post is coming across as a bit creepy here. How would you know what your sons sexual exploits were compared to most non circumcised males?

Besides how the hell would you know this for any one?
